Acadhub Edu Tech Pvt. Ltd. (“Acadhub”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates ONESAZ by Acadhub (also referred to as Onesaz), including our websites (https://onesaz.com) and mobile applications. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, your privacy rights, and our compliance with data protection laws and third-party API service terms.
Personal information means information that identifies a person, such as a name, phone number, email address, student ID, or device identifier. We do not sell personal information.
1. Who This Policy Covers
ONESAZ by Acadhub is used in three ways:
- Institutions (schools, colleges, trusts, and coaching institutes) that subscribe and upload records for students, parents, and staff.
- Students, parents, teachers, and staff who are provided an account by their educational institution.
- Individuals who browse this website, request a product demonstration, or subscribe to individual student plans.
2. Information We Collect
What we collect depends on how you use ONESAZ by Acadhub:
- Account Details: Name, email address, phone number, role, class, and batch.
- Academic & Institutional Records: Admissions, attendance, examination scores, answer sheets, report cards, fee receipts, timetable, and transport records uploaded by or on behalf of the institution.
- Communications: Messages, feedback, inquiries, and customer support correspondence.
- Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser version, and usage activity needed to provide secure platform access.
- Billing Information: Transaction identifiers and payment status handled by authorized payment gateways (e.g., PayU). We do not store full payment card numbers or bank credentials.
3. Google User Data & API Services Limited Use Policy
Google Sign-In and Google Account Integration: When you sign in to ONESAZ by Acadhub (Onesaz) using your Google Account, we access basic profile information provided by Google OAuth, specifically your name, email address, and profile photo.
How We Use Google Data: We use this Google user data solely to:
- Authenticate your identity and provide secure sign-in access.
- Create, link, and administer your ONESAZ by Acadhub user profile.
- Send critical educational notifications, examination updates, and administrative communications requested by your institution.
No Advertising or Commercial Sale: We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google user data to data brokers, advertising networks, or any third party. We do not use Google user data to display, target, or serve personalized advertisements.
Restricted Human Access: No employee, contractor, or human agent is permitted to read your Google user data unless we have obtained your explicit prior consent, it is strictly necessary to investigate security breaches or technical faults, or it is required by law.
Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance:
ONESAZ by Acadhub's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google Data Retention & Deletion: We retain Google user data only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services. You can delete your account and request full deletion of all associated Google user data at any time by contacting info@acadhub.com or visiting our Data Deletion Policy.
4. How We Use Information
- To deliver educational services, manage student batches, and publish exam results.
- To send automated attendance alerts, fee reminders, and institutional notices.
- To keep the service secure, prevent fraud, and verify user credentials.
- To provide customer support and answer demonstration requests.
- To comply with statutory and legal accounting requirements.
5. Institutional Roles and Data Ownership
When a school, college, or institute uses ONESAZ by Acadhub, that institution is the controller of student, parent, and staff records. Acadhub processes that data strictly on the institution’s instructions. We do not use institutional student records to market third-party services to students or parents.
6. Sharing of Information
We share information only with authorized service providers necessary to provide the platform:
- The educational institution managing your account.
- Infrastructure and hosting providers operating under strict confidentiality contracts.
- SMS, email, and messaging gateways for delivering notifications.
- Statutory law enforcement authorities when mandated by applicable law.
We never share student or institutional data with advertising networks.
7. Data Security and Retention
We implement industry-standard encryption, HTTPS transmission, access-control safeguards, and regular backups. Institution records are retained for the subscription period and deleted upon termination or upon the institution's instruction. Individual account records are kept while the account is active.
8. Your Rights and Contact Information
